If you are having your first baby and would like some guidance in those first days or weeks...

or you are having your fourth baby and would like someone to intuitively nurture you in those first days home with your newest baby…

or are having twins or triplets and crave an extra set of caring, experienced hands for you and your babies…

... inviting a postpartum doula to be part of your babymoon can make the time after your birth or adoption easier, more relaxed and enjoyable. It has a lasting effect on your new, lifelong relationship.

As postpartum doulas, we are privileged to work in new families’ homes, easing the transition to parenthood, and softening the learning curve during the ‘babymoon’ time. It is a valuable service that has a lasting effect on parents’ and babies’ relationships.

Our goal is to ultimately work ourselves out of a job, in a sense—helping families to become comfortable and confident about the care of their newborn, breastfeeding, postpartum rest and recovery, healing, sleeping, and just adapting to the new rhythms of parenthood.

Families who hire us feel cared for, nurtured, appreciated and empowered.
We have been doing postpartum doula work in people’s homes since 2002, and have worked extensively with both singleton and twin families. We are certified Breastfeeding Educators (through TX Dept of Health) and fully CPR certified.
